Obituary for Shelia York
Shelia York, daughter of the late Thomas and Betty Wilfong Everidge was born at Seco, Kentucky, February 15, 1954. She entered eternal life Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 69 years and 16 days of age a the time of her passing.
Sheila was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend to all that knew her. She had work as a nurse until her retirement. Sheila always had a heart of gold. She was married to the late Terry York. He passed away in 1994.
She is survived by her daughter, Amanda York of Thornton, Kentucky. One son, Jeremy (Natasha) York of Thornton, Kentucky. A special nephew, Jason (Cayla) York of Versailles, Kentucky. A granddaughter, Raven York of Thornton, Kentucky.
Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Shelia was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Allie Presnell.
